A pre-shipment inspection checks whether the finished machine and accessories match the confirmed order before packing. The checklist should be agreed early so everyone knows what evidence is required.
Verify identity and configuration
Check the model, head count, needle count, working area, control language and electrical label against the order. Record the machine identification and photograph the overall condition.
Confirm the frame, table, stand and cap attachment quantities from the final packing list.
Run functional checks
The machine should power on normally, load a design, trace the embroidery boundary and complete an agreed stitch test. Check thread changes, trims, stops and basic control operations used in daily production.
For two heads, inspect the same design from both sewing positions.
Review the stitch sample
Use a representative design and material when practical. Inspect alignment, small details, edge quality, color sequence and the back of the sample. Keep photos and the physical sample when agreed.
Document any correction and request evidence after it is completed.

Inspect packing before closure
Confirm accessories are labeled, protected and secured. Photograph the internal arrangement, closed package and shipping marks so the receiving team knows what to expect.
